Information Services Department

The Information Services Department (ISD) (Traditional Chinese: 政府新聞處; Simplified Chinese: 政府新闻处) is the Hong Kong Government's public relations consultant, publisher, advertising agent and news agency. It is the link between the administration and the media. It therefore tries to enhance the public understanding of government policies, decisions, and activities.
