InfoMETAR is a freeware, standalone utility program for Microsoft Windows (Windows 95 and newer versions) that supports download, display and preprocessing of METAR data in order to improve the weather experience in version 1.x of the Fly! flight simulator. A sequel to the earlier and more primitive ThinMetar utility, InfoMETAR was available for download from various websites starting in early 2000, and also was eventually bundled with the Fly2K re-release of Fly!.

InfoMETAR proved to be of less value with the subsequent version of Fly!, Fly! II, because of significant revisions to the flight simulator's weather engine. However, the weather mapping capabilities of InfoMETAR remain generally useful to this day.
