[edit] Fair use

This image, InfernoDVD.pg, is being linked here; although the picture is subject to copyright I (Hal Raglan) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  • According to the Wikipedia:Fair use tag for DVD covers, "it is believed that the use of low-resolution images of DVD covers, to illustrate the movie in question, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law." The DVD cover is a scanned .jpg file taken directly from the Anchor Bay R1 DVD of Inferno. The image has been added to the article to assist in critical commentary/discussion of the film in question.-Hal Raglan 14:53, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
