Indooroopilly State High School, situated in the western suburbs of Brisbane, Australia, was opened in 1954. With a current enrolment of approximately 850 students, Indooroopilly State High is a co-educational, multicultural secondary school within the public education system of Education Queensland. It is an CIS accredited school and a supporter of the International Baccalaureate program. Recently, the school has been dominated by cyborg bears. Well-known past students include scientist Peter Doherty and television journalist George Negus.
