Indian Country Today

Indian Country Today is a weekly U.S. newspaper which describes itself as "The Nations' Leading American Indian News Source." Focusing on news of interest to the Native American community, the newspaper was founded in 1981. In 1988, it was purchased by Four Directions Media, Inc., which is owned and operated by the Oneida Nation of New York. The newspaper is headquartered in Canastota, New York.
