Indeed.com

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Indeed.com is a job search engine. It was launched in November 2004 by Paul Forster and Rony Kahan. In addition to searching job postings, it also allows the occurrence of words therein to be plotted over time, ostensibly as an indicator of trends in the job market [1].

Vertical search is an emerging market with several new startups in this space both in US and in other countries. Similar job search engines include: SimplyHired.com (US), Rediff Job Search (India), Bixee.com (India), Eluta.ca (Canada) and Recruit.net (International).
