Incline Village-Crystal Bay is a census-designated place (CDP) in Washoe County, Nevada on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. The population was 9,952 at the 2000 census.

Sierra Nevada College's main campus is located in Incline Village.

Incline Village-Crystal Bay is located at 39°14′45″N, 119°56′60″W (39.245957, -119.949963)GR1. The town rests on the northern shore of Lake Tahoe.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 130.6 km² (50.4 mi²). 74.8 km² (28.9 mi²) of it is land and 55.8 km² (21.5 mi²) of it (42.72%) is water.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 9,952 people, 4,176 households, and 2,735 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 133.1/km² (344.6/mi²). There were 7,664 housing units at an average density of 102.5/km² (265.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 90.97% White, 0.46% African American, 0.59% Native American, 1.57% Asian, 0.16% Pacific Islander, 4.34% from other races, and 1.91% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 12.13% of the population.

There were 4,176 households out of which 25.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.2% were married couples living together, 5.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 34.5% were non-families. 23.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.36 and the average family size was 2.76.

In the CDP the population was spread out with 19.6% under the age of 18, 7.7% from 18 to 24, 27.7% from 25 to 44, 33.3% from 45 to 64, and 11.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 42 years. For every 100 females there were 109.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 109.5 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $69,447, and the median income for a family was $79,079. Males had a median income of $44,417 versus $30,175 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $52,521. About 3.4% of families and 6.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 7.5% of those under age 18 and 1.8% of those age 65 or over.

The largest industry is real estate with sales in excess of $1 billion in 2005. The median price for a single family residence in 2006 is $1,080,000 and for a condo is $584,000.
