Inch Kenneth

Inch Kenneth is an uninhabited island off the west coast of the island of Mull, Scotland. Its location is grid reference NM435355. The island is named after St Kenneth, who founded a monastery on the island, the remains of which still stand. There is also a large mansion there.

The island was once owned by Sir Harold Boulton, the writer of the Skye Boat Song; however, its most famous owners were the eccentric Mitford family. Nazi sympathiser Unity Mitford spent her final years living on the island.
