Imtihaan is a 1995 Bollywood movie starring Saif Ali Khan, Raveena Tandon and Sunny Deol.

Vicky (Saif Ali Khan) is a popular singer who meets and falls in love with Priti (Raveena Tandon). He asks her father for her hand in marriage, he instantly approves of him. Priti is reluctant to marry him but she agrees for her father's sake. Soon her father falls ill and he makes Priti promise that she will not tell Vicky about her past life...

Priti had fell in love and married Raja (Sunny Deol) against her father's wishes. Though the two were very happy together, they are cruelly separated when Raja is involved in an accident and disappears. Priti returns to her father and it also turns out she is pregnant with Raja's child. She gives birth to the child- a daughter and her father sends the girl to a orphanage. With everything gone she manages to forget her child and Raja.

She is happy with Vicky but goes to see her daughter Pinky, who she wishes to adopt. Vicky is opposed to the idea, as he wants his own children. Priti forgets the idea of adoption but continues to meet Pinky. However somebody else has contacted Priti, she starts to receive phone calls from someone and lies about her whereabouts. Convinced Priti is having an affair, Vicky follows her. It turns out she is being contacted by Raja, her first husband, who wants to adopt their daughter. How will Vicky react to Raja?
