Imran Nazir (Urdu: عمران نذیر) (born December 31, 1981 in Lahore) is a Pakistani cricketer. He is a young and aggressive player, who hits the ball very hard, and looks to have a good future ahead of him. He once hit 50 runs off 14 balls in a 20-20 match in domestic cricket. He has hit bowlers like Shaun Pollock and Glenn McGrath for huge sixes, but lacks patience. He is said to be too aggressive a player which often results in his downfall. On his day, however, he can embarrass the best of bowlers. He is a very good fielder as well. He is a favourite amongst the masses rather than the cricket selectors.
