[edit] Comments on WW2 casualty images
Hi, noticed your pie charts (Image:WW2Allied casualties.png, Image:WW2Axis casualties.png) on the casualties suffered by both sides of WW2. The images are good, but I think they could stand with some improvement. As with all pie charts, it helps to provide a context for the chart. Are these military or civilian casualties, or oth? Looking at the Allied casualties image, I can infer that the soviet Union took the lion's share of the losses, but exactly how much is that share? The same goes for Germany in the Axis chart. Just going by the charts, it appears that Germany suffered losses comparable to those of the Soviet Union, but we know that isn't true. If you can provide a total figure, and percentages of that figure for each nation represented in the chart, that will help them to stand on their own, even outside of the WW2 casualties article. — EagleOne\Talk 02:57, July 26, 2005 (UTC)
