Ikspiari (イクスピアリ, Ikusupiari) is a shopping, dining and entertainment complex at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan. Owned and operated by The Oriental Land Company, it is the Japanese equivalent of the Downtown Disney complexes at the Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts in the USA.

The complex can be reached by the Tokyo Disney Resort Line, the resort's own monorail service, and also by car. It is popular with the Japanese local community as well as international tourists visiting the resort for the famous Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea theme parks.
