Ike Taylor

Ivan "Ike" Taylor (born May 5, 1980 in New Orleans) is a defensive back for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL. He played college football at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. During the 2006 NFL Playoffs he had key interception during the second quarter of the AFC Championship which led to a touchdown that opened a 24-3 lead over the Denver Broncos Also, in Super Bowl XL, he had an interception which stopped a critical Seattle Seahawks drive and help seal the game for the Steelers, who won 21-10. Taylor has been acclaimed for allowing only 2 Touchdown Receptions and having a low completion percentage of 53% despite being thrown at 112 times in 2005. So far Taylor has allowed 53 Yards Passing and 0 Tds in the 2006 Season.
