If You Could See What I Hear is a 1982 biography/drama movie about blind musician Tom Sullivan, starring Marc Singer and Shari Belafonte, directed by Eric Till.

Tom Sullivan is a blind college student who wants to be normal. Tom and his friend Sly are out having a great time, going to bars and many other things. Tom meets a woman named Heather who he falls in love with, but their relationship doesn't last very long because of her being black. Tom is hurt because of it. Tom has struggles with himself, because of denying the fact that he is blind. Life is a little tough on him until he meets a woman.
