  • A Bonus DVD comes with this CD. It features an episode of VicTorV Hosted by JT Woodruff
  • An incorrect track listing was released to absolutepunk.net in November, 2005, and the Victory Records [1] website, now has the official track listing. Although Amazon.co.uk [2] still has the girl cover of the album with the incorrect track listing, the boy cover of the album is listed with the correct track listing.
  • "Saying Sorry" is the first single off the album. A video for the song has been filmed and is currently showing on the regular video stations. The next singles from the album will be "This Is Who We Are" and "Pens and Needles."
  • "Where Can I Stab Myself in the Ears" was remixed by The Legion of Doom for the film Underworld: Evolution, and is featured in the film's soundtrack.
