Idavoll
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In Norse mythology, Idavoll (Old Norse Iðavöllr) was the mythical plain on which Asgard is built. After the apocalypse, Ragnarök, the city of Asgard is destroyed, and the Idavoll plain will be all that remains. The survivors of Ragnarok build a new city on Idavoll, starting with Gimli.
