[edit] Summary
I believe that this low resolution image, of a no longer used Sky One ident, screenshotted from a video by myself, qualifies as fair use on the article Sky One because
a)It does not affect the ability of it's copyright holder to sell it's product b)As a logo, there is no freely licenced alterative available c)It is no longer used and therefore is included as a historical reference
The image is (C) British Sky Broadcasting.

qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, might be copyright infringement. For more information, see Wikipedia:Fair use.
To the uploader: please add a detailed fair use rationale for each use, as described on Wikipedia:Image description page, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.
