ICSD Review is a journal founded in 1986 by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, an organ of the World Bank. The journal is intended for policymakers, scholars, and business professionals and keeps abreast of recent changes in domestic law, treaty, contracts, and other dimensions of international business.
