ICPS

The International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors, ICPS, is a successful biannual conference series, where hundreds of scientists gather for the discussion of semiconductor science. Semiconductors play a vital role in modern life, where the semi-conductor transistor is ubiqutious.

There have been 28 ICPS meetings. The last one was held in July 2006 in Vienna, Austria. The next meeting (the 29th) will be held in Brazil.
