Icon Communication Centres is a communication and call centre based in Prague, Czech Republic. It was founded in 2002 and has been noted within the industry for producing high conversions rates. They market their services under a self branded term known as “proximity offshore” meaning that clients, the majority of which are UK based find it easier to deal/manage with this type of offshoring business relationship than that of one for example found in India.
They currently supply support to various sectors including financial with AIG, online entertainment with CasinoRoom.com and telecommunications with British Telecom.
