Ice Tropez is a wine cocktail which was born in the south of France.

Ice Tropez is a wine cocktail based in rosé wine, peach flavour (fleur de brugnon) and carbonated water. It is claimed to be a refreshing drink with a touch of fruit flavour, and comes in a modern style bottle.

The Ice Tropez drink was created by Grégoire Chaix who owns Bar du Port in Saint-Tropez. He wanted to create a drink with a fine taste and that would carry identity at the same time. The Ice Tropez bottle was designed by Christophe Pillet who is well known in France for is contribution to the architecture of some French hotels.
