This image, IBMxenon.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (70.101.196.236) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the product in any way;
It is of low resolution
the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the unique CPU
A free image could not be created to replace it without voiding the warranty of the product for the user creating the picture
