Ibara (Pendragon series)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ibara is a territory of Halla in the Pendragon series by D.J. MacHale.
The Traveler of Ibara, Remudi, was killed by Saint Dane (who took the name of 'Challenger Green') in a game of Tato. Tato is a game played on a platform with several easily broken domes that have weapons in them. Nevva Winter, the Traveler of Quillan, told Remudi that by entering the Grand X he would become the spark to winning the revival of Quillan. We later learn that Nevva was on Saint Dane's side the whole time and had meant to kill Remudi, as well as Bobby, by entering them in the Grand X. Nevva tells of how she shall become the traveler of Ibara, thus when it comes time for Bobby to save Ibara, he would not have anyone to look to for help. It has not yet been confirmed if the location, or one of the locations of Book 8 is Ibara.
