IAU Circular

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The International Astronomical Union Circulars (IAUCs) are notices that give information about astronomical phenomena. IAUCs are issued at irregular intervals; specifically for the discovery and follow-up of novae, supernovae and comets.

The IAUCs can be delivered via USPS mail, e-mail or through the Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams/Minor Planet Center(CBAT/MPC) Computer Service.
