Ian Meckiff (born January 6, 1935 in Mentone, Victoria) is a former Victorian and Australian Test cricketer.
He was a fast bowler whose cricket career ended prematurely as a result of his bowling action when he was called for throwing four times in his only over at Brisbane in November 1963 during the first Test against South Africa by umpire Colin Egar.
In the 1960 Tied Test, Meckiff featured prominently in hitting the second last ball of the last over to the boundary and making two runs before his partner Wally Grout was run out.
He played in 18 Tests, from 1957 with his best bowling being 9-107 in the 2nd Test in Sydney in 1958-59.
