Ian Gibbons

Ian Gibbons is a keyboardist working with many bands, among them The Cents, English Assassins and Life. He is most famous for working with the legendary band The Kinks. He was in the band from 1979 till the dry period in 1996. He left in 1989 after the commercial failure of UK Jive, but rejoined after a couple of years in 1992 for their latest album Phobia and To the Bone. Although The Kinks are inactive in the recent decade, he is still considered a member of the band. Many fans regard him as The Kinks' best keyboardist.
