in the trivia section the writer talks about prue not being revived when he wished the charmed ones alive but in this episode the charmed ones spirits had not yet moved on but prues had so this could effictively cancel prue out of the genies magic and prue was also cremated this could mean there was no body for prues soul to return to keeping her in the heavens
