I Can't Wait is a song by Nu Shooz released as a single in 1986 on the album Poolside. The song is noted for its keyboard hook that sounds like a duck that's just snorted helium and for its catchy "Uh ooh oh uh oh ooh uh oh" chorus.

In the United States, the song reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on Billboard's dance chart in 1986. In fact, its chart run coincided with that of a Stevie Nicks song also titled "I Can't Wait", a rare incidence of two different songs with the same title charting at the same time.
