"I Bruise Easily" is the fourth and final European single from Natasha Bedingfield's debut album Unwritten. It was released in the United Kingdom on April 4, 2005, and reached number twelve there, spending seven weeks inside the top 75. The single also reached number seventeen in Ireland and number twenty-eight in Australia. It is currently Natasha's smallest chart hit to date. It was not released in North America, even thought it did get some radio airplay.

The single was co-written by Bedingfield, A. Frampton, W. Wilkins and P. Herman. It was co-produced by A. Frampton and W. Wilkins. The b-sides to the single included new song "You Look Good On Me" and "Ain't Nobody", Natasha's Brit Awards duet with her brother Daniel Bedingfield, a cover of the Rufus and Chaka Khan classic.

In the music video for I Bruise Easily, Natasha starts off by going on an elevator dressed as a geisha. She then leaves the elevator and sits down in front of a mirror and starts to take her mask off and take the paint off her face. Towards the end of the video, Natasha sings with her face cleaned up and looking good on her bed and chairs.
