I.L. Hødd is a football club from the small town of Ulsteinvik in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. They are currently playing in the Norwegian First Division, but played in the Premier League in 1966, 1969-72 and 1995.

They are now coached by Stig Monsen. The club plays at Høddvoll stadium (capacity 8.000).
