Hutcheson Stakes

The Hutcheson Stakes is a race for thoroughbred horses. Run at the beginning of February at Gulfstream Park, it is a prep to the Fountain of Youth Stakes, the Florida Derby, and the Kentucky Derby. The Grade II race is at a distance of seven and one half furlongs on the dirt and is open to any three-year-old horse.
