Is there a 8-dimensional "integer octonion" (since octonions are still a division algebra? Do we have an article about it? Or are R, C, H the only DAs with "nice" integers?

There is a notion of an integral octonion (sometimes called an octavian integer or integral Cayley number), but it is a little more complicated to describe. The integral octonions form an E8 lattice inside O. The book by Conway and Smith, On Quaternions and Octonions, has a chapter devoted to these beasts. -- Fropuff 02:39, 14 October 2005 (UTC)
