Huntley, Gloucestershire

Huntley, Gloucestershire, is a village on the A40 road 7 miles west of Gloucestershire in the north of the Forest of Dean.

Many residents commute to Gloucester to work, but the village has its own Post Office, pub, butcher's shop and other businesses, including a golf course and a School of Equitation. A range of community groups use the Village Hall, including the football club. The cricket club has its own ground and runs a popular Beer Festival in the summer. The church is dedicated to St John the Baptist and was designed by Samuel Sanders Teulon in the 19th century, its interior is particularly well decorated.
