Hunter Mutual

Hunter Mutual is a credit union based in and serving the Upper Hunter, Australia. It was established in 1968 and soon spread across the valley. It often set up new branches in areas where the major banks closed branches.

- Aberdeen (agency located within local post office)
- Denman
- Branxton
- Merriwa
- Murrurundi
- Muswellbrook
- Scone
- Singleton
It was formerly known as the Upper Hunter Credit Union. In 2004, a decision was made to restructure the business and as a result, a new name and identity was created: Hunter Mutual.
