Technically, the caption should read years before present, since the "k" implies the millenia.
why would you revert to the earlier, preliminary version? dab 11:38, 21 Nov 2004 (UTC)
The numbers are confusing, because the starting point for the numbering is the present rather than the actual starting point in the past. Perhaps we could fix this. -Branddobbe 06:55, Dec 27, 2004 (UTC)
why is that confusing? "150,000 years" is older than "15,000 years". this is just common Before Present dating. Anything else would be confusing. dab (ᛏ) 09:54, 27 Dec 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Greenland 15K BC trail???
Who are the "peoples" illustrated in the bi-directional migration to both North America and Northern Europe from Greenland around 15,000 B.C.? Anybody know?
[edit] Line color and date
Perhaps the line coloring could change (e.g. fade from black to red) in each segment to reflect the more recent time period. I think this would convey the information even better. Great map. --Nectarflowed (talk) 03:21, 12 May 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Africa
L1 originated in the Great Lakes region or Tanzania, not in Western Chad. The map should reflect this. — ዮም | (Yom) | Talk • contribs • Ethiopia 08:35, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
