[edit] Plot summary
To the steady tick of a metronome, Seven of Nine plays the piano. She does not appear to have any Borg implants on her.
Seven has been on the holodeck running a simulation of what her life aboard Voyager might be like if she was completely human. She attends a baby shower and starts a romantic relationship with a holographic Chakotay.
In real life, however, she doesn't show up to the baby shower, and her relationship with Chakotay remains strictly professional. Her simulations have distracted her from the task of helping Voyager navigate through a dangerous region of space.
