[edit] Plot summary
The episode begins with Renton, Eureka, and Matthieu trudging up a road in Contlorado, during a very hot and sunny day. He narrates briefly about his past in the city, a place with strong ties to the UF military, and also the place where his parents met and fell in love. In the next scene we see the three of them in a grove of palm-like trees, inside a barbed wire fence and a "No Trespassing" sign. Perched high in the tree, Renton drops some fruit to Matthieu, but the three of them are caught by a rifle-toting Yucatan Iglasias, Renton's uncle.
Renton narrates how they ended up in Contlorado stealing fruit in the first place: since the Coralian incident, Matthieu had become obsessed with health and nature. Together with Gonzy, they triggered the fifth health craze among the other crew members. As a result, they pursue a vegetarian diet of fruits and vegetables, and thus the crew became interested in the Pancha fruit, considered one of the three healthiest foods in the world. Renton, being familiar with the region where the fruit is indigenous, tries to spark a conversation with Eureka with this knowledge.
Instead, he gets Matthieu interested in going to Contlorado. Although he opposed the idea at first, Holland let Renton and Matthieu go when Renton mentioned that it was a place he and his sister visited often (to Talho's annoyance). Unexpectedly, Eureka asks to come along, mainly to test-fly the Nirvash, but she is unable to lift as well as she could before. The trio discover that not only is Pancha fruit expensive to begin with, that year's harvest was meager. Renton, seeing Matthieu unable to buy a single fruit, takes them to Yucatan's orchard.
Confronted by Yucatan, Renton tells his uncle that Matthieu and Eureka are friends of his from the military academy, silently noting the wanted poster of Gekkostate on the wall. Yucatan hastily welcomes Renton's companions, and assembles a feast for them. Yucatan and his friends proceed to sing a song praising Adrock Thurston as a military hero, which Renton finds distasteful.
Eureka finds Renton in the room he used to stay in. They talk disjointedly, and Eureka inadvertently convinces Renton to tell his uncle the truth. When they return to the dining room, however, Matthieu is drugged and bound. Yucatan, in an attempt to protect Renton, had told his friends that his nephew is a UF spy that had infiltrated Gekkostate. The military promptly arrives, apprehending Matthieu and Eureka. Renton tells the truth of his involvement with Gekkostate, and runs out of the house.
The convoy escorting Matthieu and Eureka is halted by the arrival of the Nirvash, piloted by Renton. He transports them to safety, and quickly dispatches the KLFs. Although he is thrilled that he could lift the Nirvash so effortlessly, Eureka does not share his enthusiasm.
Not long after the incident, Yucatan is arrested, and his home is searched by UF soldiers. After Matthieu returned empty-handed, the 5th Gekko health craze ended as quickly as it began, though Gonzy retained Mischa and Ken-Goh.

[edit] Trivia
- The name of the Pancha fruit means "five" in Sanskrit, but the significance of this is unknown. Its foul odor, method of harvest, and scarcity (and thus, high price tag) bears a striking similarity to durian fruit.
- Eureka's outfit is adaptable to hot or cold weather; in the Contlorado scenes she is wearing the sleeveless version.
