I was looking at Rusty Kuntz and I noticed it contained a list of a number of other humorously named baseball players. Most of those pages contained duplication of that list. Then I saw Gag name contained a list of several real people, but none of the baseball players. So it seemed that thee should be a category or list. I considered a list. One advantage is it would allow the easy addition of explanations for names that require wordplay or slang. One small problem with lists is that they require more maintenance. One big disadvantage is that list, and especially this sort of list encourage people to add redlinks, jokes, or nonexistent people. Doing it as a category at least requires the subject to have an article, which should cut down on vandalism. -- Dgies 05:27, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
