Hugh Norman-Walker

Sir Hugh Selby Norman-Walker,KCMG, OBE (Chinese: 羅樂民, 1916 - 1985) was an officer in the British Colonial Office.
He was the Commissioner of Bechuanaland from 1965 - 1966, Governor of Seychelles from 1967 - 1969 and the Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong from 1969 - 1973. He served as a Colonial Secretary under the Governorship of Sir David Clive Crosbie Trench and Lord MacLehose of Beoch.
