Hudson Reporter

The Hudson Reporter Assoc., L.P. is a newspaper chain based in Hoboken, New Jersey. It is the largest weekly newspaper chain in Hudson County. Hudson Reporter publications focus on local politics and community news. In addition to articles written by the staff, the papers print readers' letters to the editor.
The company was formed in the mid-1980s by Joseph Barry, founder of the developer Applied Housing, and went on to buy the weekly Hoboken Pictorial and its group of local newspapers. In 1999, Barry sold his share in the company to his minority partners, Lucha Malato and David Unger.[1]
The company publishes nine weekly community newspapers:

- Weehawken Reporter [5]
- North Bergen Reporter [6]
- Secaucus Reporter [7]
- Bayonne Community News [8]
- Hudson Current [9], an arts and entertainment publication
The company also publishes two magazines:
- Jersey City Magazine [10], printed twice annually
- Gateway Guide [11], New Jersey tourism magazine, printed quarterly
