Hubert Ira Davis, Jr. (born May 17, 1970 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina) is a former professional basketball player in the NBA.

He is the nephew of Walter Davis, also a former NBA player.

After attending Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, Virginia then the University of North Carolina, he was selected with the 20th overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks. He remained with them for four years until he was traded to the Toronto Raptors prior to the 1996-97 season. He also spent time with the Dallas Mavericks, Washington Wizards, Detroit Pistons and New Jersey Nets. His final NBA game was in 2004 and he holds career averages of 8.2 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.

As an NBA player he was known for his accurate three-point shot.

Davis is now a color analyst for ESPN's college basketball broadcasts. During the 2006-2007 NCAA season, Davis will appear on their college basketball program College GameDay.
