Hubert Bolduc is a former press secretary for premier Bernard Landry in Quebec. His bowtie became a landmark.

After Landry's defeat in 2003, Bolduc completed a MBA from HEC Montréal and was hired as a vice-president, Communications and Public Affairs for Cascades Inc., a paper manufacturer.
