Hu Tsu Tau, Richard (Chinese: 胡赐道; pinyin: Hú Cìdào, born October 30, 1926) is a former Singaporean politician. He served as Minister of Finance from 1985- 2001 and is affiliated to the People's Action Party.
Hu is married to Irene Tan Dee Leng, and has one son (Jeremy) and one daughter (Geraldine). He is a Hakka Chinese.
