I am Howard Cheng and I am an administrator both on English Wikipedia and on Commons. I mostly deal with image issues:

Other stuff:

  • User:Howcheng/quickimgdelete.js - Javascript helper file to make nominating images for deletion and tagging no source, no license, no fair use rationale, and orphaned fair use images easier.

I write the blurb for this (well, mostly just copy it from the image caption, the article to which it belongs, or its Featured Picture nomination discussion):

Picture of the day

Bang Pa In floating pavilion, Ayutthaya province, Thailand

The Aisawan Thiphya-Art (Divine Seat of Personal Freedom), a pavilion found at Bang Pa In Royal Palace in Bang Pa In, Ayutthaya Province, Thailand. The palace complex was formerly used by the Thai kings as a summer dwelling. Most of the present buildings were constructed between 1872 and 1889 by King Chulalongkorn.
