Howling Bells are an Australian band based in England, formed largely from the members of Waikiki. Their musical style ranges from pop, rock and country as featured on their debut self-titled album, released by Bella Union on the 8th May 2006.

Through November and December of 2006 they have been supporting The Futureheads and Placebo on their tours through the UK and mainland Europe.

Howling Bells played at the 2006 EMI awards, London Astoria. They have just played numerous festivals over the summer including Reading/Leeds, and are about to embark on a UK tour.
