I have removed a reference to Dr Younessi being a convert to Hinduism, as well as a passage testifying his interest in Vedanta philosophy. I (myself a Hindu and a close personal friend of Dr Younessi) can testify to this. While he does have great interest in Vedanta he has not- and does not, to my knowledge intend to- declare himself a Hindu in name. Also, the only evidence for it was a link to an online encyclopedia which copied, word-for-word, the List of Hindus from Wikipedia. This kind of circular proof is unacceptable.

I hope that this testimony from a personal acquaintance will clear things us. I also hope that the passage referring to his interest in Vedanta can be reinstated without its meaning being usurped.
