House of Pozza

The Pozza (di Zagorie) or Pucić family (Pozza is the Ragusan Dalmatian/Italian rendition; Pucić is the Croatian/Serbian rendition) were an old noble family from Dubrovnik (Ragusa), with origins in Dalmatia and Italy, the emperor Leopold I, gave in 1684 the title of Count and predicat Di Zagorie . They are considered as one of the most prestigious families of the Republic of Ragusa.
