Astoria Hotel (Russian: Гостиница Астория) is a five-star hotel in St. Petersburg. It is located on St Isaac's Square and next to St Isaac's Cathedral. The hotel is built in Art Deco style. It was opened in 1912 and underwent a complete refurbishment in 2002. Astoria is a member of Rocco Forte Hotels group. It has 223 bedrooms, including 29 suites. One of the many famous and important guests in Astoria was for example the U.S. President George W. Bush.
