Hope Powell

Hope Powell OBE (born 8 December 1966) is the coach of the England women's national football team.
As a player, Powell won the FA Women's Cup three times and scored 35 goals in 66 internationals.
She was appointed as national coach in 1998 and is currently taking England to the 2007 World Cup Finals in China after a grueling qualification league.
In 2002 Powell was awarded an OBE and in 2003 was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame in recognition of her talents.
Powell is easily distinguished by her dreadlocks.
