Honk If You Love Fred Durst is the name of a single by TISM. It was the second and last to be released off De RigueurMortis (2001). The title is a play on the phrase honk if you're horny.
[edit] Song
The song deals with God, and is essentially a monologue with a short introduction. He observes that Christianity is in popular decline and seeks to find another star to replace Jesus, claiming he has no cred. He looks at other options, such as Moby, a Christian and even Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst, who is also Christian.
At the end of the song, it is unclear what, if anything, has been decided. Though a recurring line says "Jesus rocks tha' mic" implying that God has not chosen a replacement for Jesus, but has reinterpreted Jesus into a musical idol of some sort.
[edit] Trivia
Some copies of the CD single were issued with a free bumper sticker depicting a Jesus fish along with the title of the song, inviting motorists to honk their horn.
